Basic SPDS 01/06 Course Passing Out Parade

One week of very intense training and rehearsal to put up a pleasant performance.

Monday and Tuesday
Learning of all the drills and formations
Wednesday and Thursday
Rehearsal, rehearsal and more rehearsal
Friday
Actual performance!

The warm-up actually decreased to 2 counts lol. And we tend to focus more on our rotations. 11 rotations... 4 pause READY GO! The advance SPDS took over the reins of the APC instructors and imparted some new drills and introduced our formations to us.

Practiced on the transition between each formations. After that, it's just rehearsing over and over again until everything is drilled into our head.

Training under the scorching sun with parched lips and aching limbs... BUT the end product is simply SWEET! We performed infront of the Provost family and passed out as SPDS trained MPs!

The SPDS badge - hard-earned and definitely needs sweat, blood(from blisters) and most importantly sheer endurance.
