The story is about a masked man named V who goes about urging people to fight against the Government oppression thru his own means and vindictive ways.

A perfectly planned bank robbery that leaves no clue, no loot and definitely doesn't seemed to have taken place. Twists and turns made up the whole story. And for once... the bad guys won!
